Although our goal is to improve the health and health care of frail elders and children in communities of poverty, at times there may be an opportunity to make an investment in some infrastructure improvements that will benefit both populations as well as others in Western and Central New York. The Foundation may choose to invest in such infrastructure projects as a way of advancing quality of life and quality of care for our must vulnerable.
