Project Objective: The objective of this project is to strengthen the capacity of local communities to provide ongoing support and education to family members and other informal caregivers for the frail elders in their care. To accomplish that objective, grants awarded under this RFP will be used to train local individuals to be certified class leaders in the Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) curriculum.
